It feels so weird to start packing up my dorm room already.... this is crazy shit! Although it means I'm one step closer to home, which is good. I miss home! I don't miss globe though... just home.

I spent all last night up off and on with terrible stomach cramps and lightheadedness... this morning I was up at 5... so I took a shower and got ready for class... and then the lightheadedness came back with mild cramps, so I decided I woul stay in bed. Low and behold... they got worse and I hardly slept. I'm now awake again... trying to eat something and getting ready for the court house, since i have to go... =(

So, I came to the Court House today expecting to be bogged down with things to do, since the Justice 2025 meeting was earlier this week there would be files to revise. But, no... Gary is out today... which I didn't realise would suck this bad. I, yet again, have nothing to do. Normally there would be one out of the three supervisors here today... just to give instructions, etc... basically give me something to do. Not today though, because Gary is in Pheonix, Martie is off, and Joy is in Pine. This would, normally, give me a chance to catch up on things, but not this time. The things I have to do just can't be done today, like filing (since when Martie is gone her files are locked), making a million FY06 papers (which I also need to get into Martie's files for), and scheduling meetings for Gary (which people aren't getting back to me about the times for). So what am I doing??? Sitting around and twiddling my tumbs... bored... ever so bored.

On the bright side, my pay check was bigger than I thought it would be, which is ALWAYS a plus.

Only 4:18... dear god... I have 42 minutes left... I hate how the end of boring shifts just seem to drag on forever... well I guess boring shifts themselves seem to drag on forever, just toward the end it gets worse.

How am I going to live through this for another semester and a half??? I have, seemingly, had to drag my self through it tooth and nail just to get to this point. Why on earth does awesome pay and class credit con me into things... damn...

I have enjoyed my time at home, sadly it is almost over. I head back up to Flagstaff tomorrow during the early afternoon hours. I am sad to leave home, but at the same time, I know I need to go back. School stuff to do and a few movies I really want to see (Ice Harvest and Rent, also Capote if I can catch it). I have just really been so happy at home. There is something about it that is so calming and.... well.... perfect. It makes me miss being a kid and waking up here every day. I know that if I was at home all the time, I would long for something else. It's just, since I'm not at home all the time I long to be here all the time. I miss my family when I'm not with them. One good thing is that this spring my brother is coming back up to NAU. I will at least have one person from my family to be around.... and I will also have someone to bring home with me so I don't have to make the drive alone. It will make it a lot easier on me to have someone there... and my mom so she won't have to worry so much about me. I still wish my mom was much closer, but what can I do??? Anyways, my days have been fun! Mom is re-painting the living room so the house is kinda a mess, but it is turning out really well. The walls use to be this really light goldish kakki... now they are turning into a pretty tealish green, a light one mind you. It's going to be fun to come home at Christmas and see it all finished! So weird to think that there are only 2 1/2 weeks of school left in this semester. I mean, I like that it's almost over, because of two evil teachers... and I need a break. At the same time though, it's gone by really fast, it almost doesn't seem right that it's almost over. When I get back up to Flagstaff I have a few presentations to do, finals to do, art projects... and Christmas shopping. I intended to get most of my presentations finished and ready and my art project done this weekend... but I just haven't gotten around to it. It is what I will be doing my first day I get back up there. I know that I really need to finish the one for Susan the most, but it shouldn't take to long. I think once I get unpacked and get back from, possibly, seeing Mark, I will write it up really quick. Then the next day I will try to finish my art one... and Tuesday I will study for my quiz in business... then I will be all caught up. I can do it, I just couldn't make myself this weekend. It's a break, DAMN IT! Anyways... I have nothing other than more babbling to say, so I think I will go. TTFN

With tomorrow, Thanks Giving, comes the one day a year where mass murder is not only accepted, but celebrated. It has even been given the loving nickname of "Turkey Day." As if it's funny, or something, to name a day were turkeys aren't even thought of as animals but just things to feast off of that. Today I was watching the news and a dim witted brainless shmuck said that turkeys don't feel anything.... YEAH RIGHT FUCKER!!!! It feels just as much pain as a dog... cat... or even human. I think we should put him in a cage so tight he can't even move for a few years, chopping of his hands so he can't kill himself (since they declaw and debeak turkeys so they can't kill themselves) then when the time rolls around chop his head off, hang him by his feet until all the blood has drained from his lifeless body, pluck every single hair off his body, skin him, gutt him, bake/bbq/deep fry him, and serve him for dinner... call it a feast... celebrate his death... see how he... or the liked minded people like that!!!! I'm sorry, but this isn't a fun loving day where we should eat to our hearts content and totally forget about the pain the poor thing we are eating went through... not to mention it's family that is now at a loss of a memeber... are feeling. Turkeys are living creatures. Don't live in a mindless reality! Understand what these poor animals go threw!!! In your mind don't seperate the turkey you could pet at a petting zoo from the one that is on your plate, they are one and the same. Don't think of it as food, think of it as what it actually is, an animal that has been tortured, killed, and baked... a dead bird in front of you on a plate. If you wouldn't serve up your pet to feast off of on Thanks Giving then don'y eat turkey. It somewhere has a family... it has feelings just as much as humans do... IT FEELS JUST AS MUCH PAIN AS WE DO!!!!! People, no matter which way you look at it, it's decapitation! Think about that while you are eating a poor animals meat off it's bones tomorrow for some stupid American tradition!
